Mobility

A car-free journey to Olympiaworld is especially important to us. Therefore, we create the necessary circumstances to make sustainable travel easier for our visitors.For example, with an event ticket, visitors can use public transport in Innsbruck free of charge for 1.5 hours before and after the event. For our own events, we extend this service to the entire region of Tyrol.

For cyclists, sufficient bicycle parking spaces are available throughout the venue area. Since April 2024, an IVB city bike rental station has also been located in front of the Olympiahalle, offering free bike rental on event days.

Measures in the area of mobility:

• Event Combo Ticket Innsbruck and shuttle cooperation with IVB
• Event Combo Ticket Tyrol for in-house events in cooperation with VVT
• IVB and VVT timetable information available on our website
• Live departure times of IVB public transport services displayed in entrance areas
• Bike rental station in front of the main entrance of Olympiahalle with free rental on event days
• Company bike program for employees combined with a new secure bicycle storage facility
• Company fleet: 3 out of 12 vehicles powered by electric drive → Saving approximately 1.8 tonnes of CO₂ per year
• Two charging stations for electric vehicles on the premises
