Incoming

If you book our incoming service, the Olympiaworld Innsbruck team will deal with destination management and take care of your Olympiaworld programme. We are happy to handle the coordination and organisation of your event, including planning, selecting a suitable technical company and making suggestions for hotels and side events. If required, one of our experienced staff members will accompany and advise you during location checks.

Hospitality

We are happy to organise your guest-related services and put you and your visitors in the centre of attention. On request, we will for example hire and instruct hostesses, look after your guests already at the airport (or railway station or car park) and take care of accreditation, cloakrooms, and the reception. Furthermore, we can provide qualified security staff and exclusive VIP services.
